Many a time, we need a change in life. In mine, I want it constantly. There are certain things that I wish weren’t happening, but they are. Life dishes out so many strange things – it hits us when we least expect it. Love is one of them. Sometimes, we feel that we’re lonely in a crowd, and at others, we realize that one special person is all we need to become complete. We move forward without going ahead, and we rush ahead while standing perfectly still. We’re all cut from the same fabric. My mirror’s cracked. Welcome to my space.

I sometimes think that I’m a half-decent guy, who deserves the good things in life, and at others, I think that I’m this no-good sonofabitch! I waver in my decisions and am constantly in need of better things. I am not materialistic. I am inherently funny. I have a funny bone longer than my list of abuses I can hurl at someone who pisses me off. I am here to write what I feel is worthy of sharing with the world, and sometimes, you can find a few posts missing; that’s because my ever-wavering mind decides that the post is a bit too personal or just crappy.

I like beer and food. I party and I am a night owl. On weekends, I can be seen in the prominent night clubs of Bangalore and on weekdays, I can be seen, hung-over, trying to work! If you want to get in touch with me, then shoot me an email and I will be happy to make your acquaintance.

Sometimes, it’s best to take a few risks in life, like the time I almost decided to survive a week without a bath. It’s not so difficult. All it takes is a little bit of imagination, a bit of daring, few balls of steel and a total disregard for personal safety. Common sense can be abandoned somewhere, it’s a waste of time anyway.

Sometimes, I think to myself. I ask, “Nikhil, are you sure you are on the right track in this journey of life?”  I’m still waiting for the reply. The voice inside me that usually replies is away on a Mediterranean cruise and won’t be back for another year or so.
